Insurance Coverage:

Telehealth Insurance Coverage:
Medicare recipients are unable to participate in medical weight management telehealth visits due to the extension on Medicare telehealth expiring and not being renewed by the federal government. Non-Medicare recipients may utilize telehealth if their home address is greater than 1 hour or greater than 30 miles from the office. Ask a team member for more details.

We Are Moving:
Effective November 3rd, 2025 we will be moving to our brand new office location at 5433 S Occidental Hwy, Tecumseh, MI 49286! Please ask a team member for details. Our Adrian office location will be closed after November 3rd, 2025.
